We recently had an extremely generous donor offer to pay for any ebooks purchased by customers outside the USA and Canada until his large donation runs out. This means that the customer gets the book free, and the authors still get royalties because the donor is paying for it.

These eBooks will be available to download at absolutely no cost to you only when you apply the coupon code found in the product description of each title. Keep in mind, the code will only work when applied to the "International" version of the eBook.
There is a limit of one coupon code redemption per customer per half-month promotional period. You can order any or all of the 4 eligible eBooks in a given promotional period, but you must do so in one order. The coupon code will only work for one order per half-month promotional period.
